A woolen giraffe made for my
nephew when he visited me.I have even shared a picture of his how he hugged it all day long ;)

He loved it and named it Guffy.
for eyes I used black beads, rest all is wool.

New born baby sweater

This is a newborn baby sweater made with Oswal baby wool - sky blue and white.

I started from the back end with sky blue wool and made a T shaped structure, then added white to the upper horizontal part. This T shape served as the left and right front. I folded the 4 lines of dc stitch near the neck to give it a collar look. Last I added two pink buttons and finished with sc in the sleeves.

Granny square - Purse

This I made as a gift to my school friend who lives in Quwait now. She always loves handmade stuff.

About the Purse?
This is a simple multicoloured granny square purse with dc border. I have put a big zipper that covered two sides as is visible in the picture. Also to support granny squares I attached a peach coloured cloth that gave a background colour as well as will secure the stuff kept. inside.  

C2C Baby Blanket

This is a very special blanket.

My first attempt to baby blankets for my little one.

How I made this?
I first created a square with double crochet stitch, and later started with the border to give it a finished look. The four corners have cute pom poms and on the top I have stitched the little pink ready made bee I had bought. Inside it I had put soft muslin cloth so that it the wool isn't rough for the skin of the baby.

DC Collar Scarf

I started crocheting because I found knitting difficult, I never knew what all a simple hook can make!

I know it now. I love to work with it all day. I have packed my painting stuff that friends and family said I am too good at, for this HOOK and WOOL ;) 

This is my very first post with a collar scarf I made  as a gift for a granny who visited me in Indore from Mumbai.
